Temple of the Living Waters – Bali Retreats

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of AUD $500 is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment of the Payment in full option for the Early Bird Rate is due December 21st, 2025.
-
Full payment for other options is due according to the timelines set out in our Retreat Policies.
-
Bookings made within 30 days of the retreat require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

The deposit is always non-refundable.

Full cancellation timelines and refund details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

By booking, you agree to be bound by both these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
3. Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for holding a valid passport (6 months beyond retreat end) and obtaining any necessary visas, permits, or certificates.

Temple of the Living Waters accepts no liability if you are denied entry due to incorrect documentation.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering medical expenses, evacuation, cancellation, and property loss. If you are planning on using motorbike transport in Bali , specific motorbike insurance is strongly recommended.
4. Health & Safety

By booking, you confirm that you are fit and able to participate in retreat activities.

All health conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns must be disclosed prior to travel.

The Organiser reserves the right to request a participant leave the retreat if their health or conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.
5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to act with respect toward fellow guests, staff, and the local community.

The Organiser reserves the right to remove participants from the retreat without refund if behaviour is deemed offensive, disruptive, or unsafe.
6. Disclaimer
By booking and attending a retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Retreat activities may involve physical exertion, outdoor environments, and travel risks.

The Organiser is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers (such as hotels, airlines, or transport operators).

The Organiser makes no guarantee that the retreat will meet all personal expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Temple of the Living Waters is not liable for:

Injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to property

Travel delays, cancellations, or missed connections
-
Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control
By booking, you agree to release and hold harmless Temple of the Living Waters, its staff, facilitators, and affiliates from any liability connected to your participation.
8. Intellectual Property & Media

All retreat materials, resources, and content remain the property of Temple of the Living Waters and may not be reproduced without permission.

By attending, you consent to photography and video for promotional use unless you notify the Organiser in writing before the retreat.
9. Privacy

Personal details collected through booking are used only for managing your retreat experience.

We will not share your information with third parties except where required by law or necessary for retreat operation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, mediation under Australian law.
